On the afternoon of January 16, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited, extended New Year greetings, and presented gifts to a number of families with revolutionary contributions and outstanding elderly people in Kim Thanh district on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.

Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Provincial Party Committee Office, and Kim Thanh district.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dam (born in 1950, a war invalid, in Le Do village, Kim Anh commune); Mrs. Dang Thi Chau (born in 1941, wife of a martyr, in Duong Mong village, Ngu Phuc commune); Mr. Nguyen Quang Triet (born in 1940, participated in resistance activities and was exposed to toxic chemicals, in Phu Tai 1 village, Kim Dinh commune) and Mrs. Pham Thi Chong (born in 1921, a typical elderly person in Tan Thanh village, Kim Anh commune).

At the places he visited, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee kindly asked about the health, economic situation, and life of himself and his family, relatives of the meritorious people, and exemplary elderly people.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu affirmed the great contributions of war invalids, sick soldiers, and martyrs' relatives in building peace in the country. He emphasized that the Party and State always pay attention to taking care of the lives of policy families and the elderly.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his joy that in recent times, policy families have always complied well with the policies of the Party and State, strived to develop the economy, and are shining examples in the locality.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Mr. Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, wished the families of meritorious people and exemplary elderly people a happy and warm new year. At the same time, he reminded the Party committees and local authorities to pay more attention and care, especially not to let meritorious people make suggestions or questions about the regime according to regulations.
