According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, Hai Duong province will deliver over 56,000 gifts from the President to families of martyrs and meritorious people with a total estimated cost of over 17 billion VND.
The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong province also presented over 56,000 gifts to families of meritorious people, relatives of martyrs, and children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a total amount of over 45 billion VND.
Provincial and local leaders will organize delegations to visit and present gifts to 36 families of outstanding meritorious people and those in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 2.5 million VND; visit and present gifts to 11 seriously wounded and sick soldiers being cared for at Thuan Thanh Nursing Center for War Invalids (Bac Ninh) and Lang Giang Nursing Center for War Invalids (Bac Giang); visit and present gifts to military units stationed in the province...
