On the morning of March 31, Sao Do University (Chi Linh City, Hai Duong) coordinated to organize the scholarship award ceremony "Fostering dreams on the Silk Road".
The scholarship fund “Fostering dreams on the Silk Road” donated by China Energy Construction Group Investment Co., Ltd. and Hai Duong Jaks Power Co., Ltd. has a total amount of 500 million VND. This amount will be awarded by Sao Do University to disadvantaged students and students with good academic performance.

Mr. Cui Wenzhu, Chairman of the Board of Members of Jaks Hai Duong Power Company Limited, said that the cooperation with Sao Do University aims at 3 goals. These are to support the development of young human resources; create a practical environment, improve professional skills; promote cultural exchange, and strengthen friendship.

Previously, Sao Do University signed a cooperation agreement on human resource training and labor use with Jaks Hai Duong Power Company Limited. The company has supported Sao Do University students through scholarship programs, internships, specialized training and prioritized employment opportunities, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources for the Vietnamese electricity industry.
Hai Duong Jacks Power Company Limited is a subsidiary of China Energy Construction Group Investment Company Limited. Hai Duong Jacks Power Company Limited has 60% of its staff and workers being Vietnamese. Currently, there are more than 30 students from Sao Do University working at this enterprise.
Sao Do University is cooperating with dozens of enterprises in training. Every year, over 95% of the school's students have jobs in their major after graduation.
