Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan presents Tet gifts to meritorious people

On the afternoon of January 15, comrade Tran Van Quan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of meritorious people, and leprosy patients on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 at the Hai Duong Center for Mental Health Care for Meritorious People and Society, Chi Linh Leprosy Hospital (both in Chi Linh City) and 10 seriously wounded soldiers from Hai Duong who are being treated and cared for at Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center (Bac Ninh).

Also attending were representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and Chi Linh City to visit and present gifts to two units in the area.

Visiting and presenting gifts to the beneficiaries on this occasion, the Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee gave an overview of the province's political, economic and social situation in the past year, especially its economic achievements. He emphasized that to achieve today's achievements, there were great sacrifices of previous generations, and the blood and bones of martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers.

On the occasion of the New Year 2025, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sent his best wishes to all war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of meritorious people, leprosy patients, cadres, employees and workers at the units. At the same time, he requested the centers and hospitals to continue to do a good job of treating and taking care of the health of the subjects. Regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of war invalids and sick soldiers to promptly resolve all policies according to regulations.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Provincial Military Command to coordinate with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to visit and present gifts to mid-level military units, brigades and equivalent units under the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 3, including: Missile Brigade 490 (Artillery Corps); Engineer Brigade 513; Air Defense Brigade 214; Artillery Brigade 454; Infantry Regiment 2/Division 395; Military School of Military Region 3; Workshop 56/Technical Department; Warehouse Cluster 76/Technical Department; Military Hospital 7 and representatives of military families working in border areas, at sea, and on islands with especially difficult conditions.
