Kim Thanh mobilized over 300 working days to support families in building and repairing houses.

According to the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district, as of February 25, the entire district has started construction and repair of 104/119 houses for people with meritorious services, relatives of people with meritorious services, and poor and near-poor households. The entire district has also completed the repair of 22 houses for people with meritorious services, relatives of people with meritorious services, and 2 houses for poor and near-poor households. From now until early March, the district will start construction of the remaining 15 houses, ensuring the correct implementation of the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau (construction must start by early March at the latest, and be completed by the end of June).

To join hands to support families, localities and units in the district mobilized over 300 working days. The largest number of these were women's union members (220 working days), military forces (45 working days), police (30 working days), youth union members (12 working days) and farmers' union members (10 working days).

Implementing the housing support program for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of martyrs and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households, Kim Thanh district has 119 households in need of building and repairing houses. Of which, people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of martyrs have 100 houses (46 new houses built, 54 houses repaired); poor and near-poor households have 19 houses (14 new houses built, 5 houses repaired).
