On the afternoon of September 11, speaking over the phone, Ms. Pham Ha Nhung, owner of TOP Hotel, confirmed that on the same afternoon, she had posted information on social media, including the following: "Any family affected by flooding can go to the above address to stay temporarily. It's completely free." Her family wants to contribute to helping everyone to overcome this difficult time together.

TOP Hotel is the first hotel in Hai Duong City to provide free accommodation for people affected by flooding. The hotel has 23 rooms with full essential facilities including wifi, TV... Ms. Nhung's family provides free drinking water and has a kitchen for families to cook if needed.

After Ms. Nhung posted the information, 2 families from Tu Ky district and 1 person from Ninh Binh came to ask to stay at TOP hotel.

In addition to the TOP Hotel, some families in Hai Duong City are also ready to provide free accommodation for people. The owner of a 3-storey house at 164 Nguyen Chi Thanh (name withheld) said that the house has 5 spacious rooms, with electricity, water, kitchen, and full internet. In addition, the first floor of the house is quite spacious, a place to store things, and is also very convenient for living.

According to Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, on social media, a family on Truong Han Sieu Street (Hai Duong City) also posted information that they are ready to provide free accommodation for families affected by flooding. This family has about 20 rooms, which have been cleaned.
