Of which, the target for residential land is 6.7%, rice land is 6.6%, infrastructure land is 3.8%, defense land is 1%, the targets for 3 types of forest land and security land have not been implemented...

In 2023, the results of implementing the industrial park land target in the province are assessed to achieve high results (estimated to reach about 48% compared to the target allocated to 2025). Up to now, a number of industrial parks in the districts of Cam Giang, Gia Loc, Kim Thanh, Binh Giang have completed site clearance with an area of ​​about 374 hectares, and are completing documents to request the Provincial People's Committee to change the purpose.
