Gia Loc III Industrial Park (Hai Duong) is oriented to build synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, with a system of convenient public social works.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just approved the task of planning the construction of Gia Loc III Industrial Park, scale 1/2000.
The industrial park has a planning research scale of about 142.29 hectares, located in Thong Nhat and Yet Kieu communes. Of which, the planning area is about 130 hectares. The planning research area for infrastructure connection, power line corridor, and current cemetery is about 12.29 hectares. The estimated labor scale is about 7,500 people.
Gia Loc III is a multi-industry industrial park, with high-tech industrial nature, advanced production technology and encouragement of environmentally friendly technologies; attracting industries according to the province's investment attraction fields and related laws. The industrial park will be invested in building synchronous, modern technical infrastructure, with a system of convenient public social works including accommodation facilities, trade services, culture, sports, healthcare, green parks... serving workers and laborers in the industrial park.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Gia Loc District People's Committee to be the agency to organize the planning project, submit for appraisal and approval of the planning.
Gia Loc district currently has Gia Loc industrial park with an area of 198 hectares, with basically completed infrastructure, preparing to welcome investors. The provincial People's Committee also approved the zoning plan for Hoang Dieu industrial park, with a planning study area of about 259.78 hectares.
