Hai Duong province plans nearly 9,000 hectares of rice with higher productivity and quality than other regions to ensure food security.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just approved the planning area for high-yield, high-quality rice cultivation in the period 2025 - 2030 with a total area of 8,984.51 hectares.
