​The first district approved land use planning until 2030

The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the land use planning until 2030 and the land use plan for 2021 of Thanh Mien district.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, this is the first locality in the province to have this planning and plan approved. The provincial planning and land use planning appraisal council has completed appraisal for 12 localities in the province. The units are completing the documents, submitting them to the district People's Council for approval and submitting them to the provincial People's Committee for approval.

According to the approved plan, by 2030, the total agricultural land area in Thanh Mien district will be more than 4,863 hectares, accounting for 39.4% of the district's land area structure (down 28.57% compared to 2020). Non-agricultural land will be more than 7,481 hectares, accounting for 60.6% (up more than 28.6%); of which, the proportion of industrial park land accounts for nearly 18%, industrial cluster land accounts for 2.58%, commercial and service land accounts for 1.06%; rural residential land accounts for 9.01% (up 1.65%); urban residential land accounts for 1.78% (up 0.92%). According to the approved land use plan for 2021, this year Thanh Mien district will be allocated more than 7,906 hectares of agricultural land and more than 4,438 hectares of non-agricultural land...
