Hai Duong speeds up the progress of establishing and approving urban and construction planning.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just directed and assigned the People's Committee of Hai Duong City to urgently organize the establishment and completion of the zoning planning projects that have been approved for planning tasks (zoning 3A, 3C, 4B, 4C, 5A, 5B, 6B) and 2 local adjustment projects (K132 petroleum depot area, Thanh Binh market area and Provincial Youth Union) to submit for appraisal and approval; completion time before March 15, 2024. Organize the review and establishment of planning tasks and adjustment tasks of the remaining 10/18 zoning plans to submit for appraisal and approval; completion time, submission for appraisal before March 30, 2024.

After the planning task is approved, Hai Duong City People's Committee urgently organizes the steps to select a consulting unit, prepare a planning project in accordance with regulations, report and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval; the submission time for appraisal is before July 30, 2024. Hai Duong City People's Committee directs, organizes the preparation, appraisal and approval of the general construction planning of the communes: Tien Tien (area 5C), An Thuong (area 6A); the approval completion time is before June 30, 2024.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Chi Linh City to complete the review, urgently establish, and edit 13/14 zoning plans for the remaining wards and areas, and send them to the Department of Construction for comments before approval according to regulations; the approval must be completed before June 30, 2024. Direct, organize the establishment, appraisal, and approval of the general construction plans for Hung Dao, Bac An, and Hoang Hoa Tham communes; complete approval before June 30, 2024.

Kinh Mon Town People's Committee urgently completes the dossier on the task of adjusting the general planning of Kinh Mon Town to 2040; submit for appraisal and approval before March 5, 2024.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the People's Committees of districts to urgently complete the dossier on the task of adjusting the district construction planning for appraisal and approval before March 30, 2024.

The Department of Construction has issued many documents urging and guiding the People's Committees of Hai Duong City and Chi Linh City to speed up the review and adjustment of urban zoning plans, but the implementation progress of the localities is still slow.
