The People's Committee of Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) has approved the detailed planning of the new residential area of Hop Tien - Hiep Cat commune, covering nearly 12 hectares with 382 plots of land for townhouses, villas, and resettlement.
According to the detailed planning for the construction of the new residential area of Hop Tien - Hiep Cat commune at a scale of 1/500 recently approved by the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, this residential area is located in Hop Tien and Hiep Cat communes (in the same Nam Sach district). The north borders the cultivated fields of the two communes, the south borders the residential area of Kim Do Trai village (Hiep Cat commune), the east borders the residential area along Provincial Road 390 (Hop Tien commune section), the west borders the residential area and cultivated fields of Kim Do Trai village.
The total planning area is nearly 12 hectares. Of which, there are more than 3.9 hectares of residential land including 336 plots of townhouses, 37 plots of villas, and 9 plots of resettlement houses. All townhouses and resettlement houses are built with 4 floors, while villas are built with 3 floors.
Traffic land and parking lot occupy nearly 5.5 hectares; nearly 1.2 hectares of land for trees, water surface, and landscape. In addition, there is land for culture, education, commercial services, and cemetery land.
The investor in the planning project is the Nam Sach District Construction Investment Project Management Board.
This is expected to be one of the large, modern urban areas in Nam Sach district (Hai Duong).
