More than 660 land lots in Phu Quy urban area (Hai Duong city) are eligible for transfer.

These are the first residential land lots eligible for transfer in Phu Quy urban area - phase I, all located in Dai Loc I and II areas in Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city) of the joint venture Quang Giap Group Company Limited and Duc Duong Company Limited. These 662 land lots are among 1,016 residential land lots permitted for land transfer in the overall project.

This project has been approved for investment by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3768/QD-UBND dated October 12, 2018 and Official Dispatch No. 3102/UBND-VP dated August 26, 2020. According to the planning, the overall project of Phu Quy urban area has 1,274 residential land lots. Of which, 257 land lots are lots with frontage facing the main road, landscape axis in Phu Quy urban area, the investor must complete the construction of the housing part before transferring the land use rights to customers. The remaining 1,016 residential land lots, the investor is allowed to transfer land plots.

Dai Loc I and II areas have basically completed the technical infrastructure system including leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, domestic water supply, domestic electricity supply, lighting, trees, and communications. Public service works such as waste collection, parking lots, etc. ensure to meet the needs of people using the land.

Phu Quy urban area is built on an area of ​​about 80 hectares, with land plots for townhouses, luxury villas, mixed-use apartments, commercial housing, etc.
