Customers buying land in Tram Bong new urban area can borrow from BIDV up to 100% of the land value with preferential interest rates.

Thanh Cong Group Corporation (the investor) is implementing many practical supports for customers when buying land in the new urban area Tram Bong in Quang Minh commune (Gia Loc, Hai Duong).

The investor gave 5 tons of cement to the first 12 customers building houses in Tram Bong new urban area.

Specifically, Thanh Cong Group Corporation has cooperated with the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Thanh Dong Branch to support loan procedures for customers. Customers can borrow from BIDV up to 100% of the land value with preferential interest rates.

To facilitate customers, the company also commits to immediately hand over the "red book" after completing the purchase and sale procedures. The company supports construction permit procedures; consults on design and construction of works on functions, interiors, and house models; and at the same time ensures support throughout the construction process regarding electricity, water, construction sites, etc.

The common space of Tram Bong new urban area is shaping up to be an evening entertainment spot for the area.

Thanh Cong Group Corporation also gave 5 tons of cement to the first 12 customers who built houses in Tram Bong new urban area. The company sells preferential prices to customers when using the company's products such as Thanh Cong, Hai Duong, Hiep Son cement, ALFA ready-mixed concrete, TCG high-quality imitation stone concrete bricks, Thanh Cong unburnt bricks, etc.
