Hai Duong integrates 629 online public services on the National Public Service Portal

The provincial administrative procedure settlement information system provides 1,899 online public services, of which 580 are full-process online public services, accounting for 30.54%.

The rate of online public services with online records reached 90%, an increase of 16% compared to 2022. The rate of online records reached 87.4%, an increase of 31.4%. There are 427 administrative procedures with financial obligations provided on the National Public Service Portal, reaching 98.16%, an increase of 71 procedures. The rate of administrative procedures with online payment transactions reached 20.07%, an increase of 18.07%.

The rate of online records in the implementation of 25 essential public services under Project 06 in the province reached 75%. 727 leaders and commune-level clerical staff were granted accounts to digitally sign birth certificates and death certificates when performing 2 groups of administrative procedures including birth registration, permanent residence registration, health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old; death registration, permanent residence cancellation, funeral allowance, funeral cost support. Medical examination and treatment facilities in the province all use the VNeID electronic identification application to look up health insurance information and declare residence.
