Hai Duong opens exhibition to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring and the Spring Newspaper Festival of Giap Thin 2024

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Van Uy, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association affirmed that the Exhibition to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring and the Spring Newspaper Festival are always cultural events that journalists, readers and people look forward to. With rich and diverse content and attractive presentation, the press publications displayed at the Spring Newspaper Festival this year provide readers with general information about the socio-economic picture and people's lives in the province last year. Many outstanding activities and events of the province are attractively presented in press works and exhibition activities.

The exhibition consists of 3 parts: Part 1 introduces the documentary photo series "94 years of the Communist Party of Vietnam 1930-2024", reviewing the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam over 94 years of construction and growth, especially in the process of innovation, national development and international integration; the photo series introduces the socio-economic development achievements of Hai Duong in 2023. The photo series was collected and compiled by the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts.

Part 2 of the Giap Thin Spring Newspaper Exhibition 2024 with 11 booths displaying spring newspapers, some outstanding publications of press agencies, newsletters in the province and press publications of some central agencies residing in Hai Duong. The booths are beautifully arranged, the spring newspaper publications reflect the rich and diverse achievements of Hai Duong in the fields of politics, economics, culture and society. Visiting the exhibition, many readers, audiences and listeners highly appreciated the quality of this year's press works, especially the spring newspaper publications welcoming the new year of Giap Thin with vivid images, quality articles, keeping up with the development trend of modern journalism.

The third part introduces propaganda paintings and artistic photos of Hai Duong province to celebrate the Party and the New Year of the Dragon 2024.

At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented certificates to 11 press agencies and units participating in the Giap Thin Spring Press Festival 2024 exhibition, including: Hai Duong Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Vietnam News Agency, permanent office in Hai Duong, Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Hai Duong, Hai Duong Literature and Arts Magazine, Scientific Research Magazine (Sao Do University), Special Edition of People Making Journalists in the East (Provincial Journalists Association), Special Edition of Hai Duong Department of Information and Communications, Culture, Sports and Tourism Newsletter (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism), Science and Technology Magazine (Thanh Dong University) and Science and Technology Newsletter (Department of Science and Technology).

The exhibition is open until February 15.
