The People's Council of Hai Duong province has issued a Resolution approving land recovery; allowing the conversion of land use purposes for rice cultivation and production forest land to implement projects and works in the province in 2025.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council unanimously agreed to reclaim 2,602.33 hectares of land to implement 428 projects and works in the province. Allowing the conversion of the purpose of use of 1,847.24 hectares of rice land; 7.73 hectares of production forest land to implement 446 projects and works.
