The Hai Duong City Land Clearance Board and Quang Trung Ward People's Committee aim to complete the inventory of assets on the land before July 30. Check and verify the origin of the land and the legality of assets on the land before August 10. From there, develop a compensation and support plan and edit and publicly post it to collect opinions to complete the plan before October 30.

Before November 15, the Project Clearance Council will review and approve the compensation and support plan. The City People's Committee will review and approve the compensation and support plan and issue a decision to reclaim the land before November 30. The City will hand over the land to the investor before December 30.

For 5 households living in Hai Duong Trade and Service Company without accommodation, the City People's Committee reported to the Provincial People's Committee to allow support for rent, lease or purchase of social housing to stabilize their lives. Hoa Hong Hotel has a 25-year land lease term, currently has 96 months of land use left, so it is not eligible for land lease support to continue production and business.
