The last two households in Kim Thanh handed over the construction site for the Phu Thai town intersection.

Two households have agreed to relocate and hand over the site to serve the construction of the renovation project and traffic organization adjustment at the intersection of Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong).

After being repeatedly propagandized, mobilized, and explained by the local authorities, departments, branches, and organizations of Kim Thanh district and Phu Thai town, on the morning of January 5, the families of Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh and Mr. Nguyen Van Bon in Phu Thai town voluntarily moved their assets out of the land area within the scope of site clearance to implement the project of renovating and adjusting traffic organization at the intersection of km15 + 835 of National Highway 17B with 20/9 Street, Phu Thai town. These are also the last 2 households out of 9 households whose land area was recovered to implement the above project to voluntarily move their assets and hand over the site to the investor and the construction unit.

Previously, on January 4, Kim Thanh district organized the implementation of a plan to support the protection of the project construction; established propaganda teams, mobilized propaganda, and explained to the above two households to clearly understand the state's regulations on support policies, compensation for site clearance, etc.

The project to renovate and adjust traffic organization at the intersection of km15 + 835 of National Highway 17B with 20/9 Street, Phu Thai Town is one of the key projects of Kim Thanh District, implemented according to the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The project started construction at the end of 2021, with a total investment of over 70 billion VND.

To implement the project, Kim Thanh district organized land acquisition of 10,975.0m², including 9 families and individuals whose land is located in the project area. During the project implementation process, the District Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council and the People's Committee of Phu Thai town have fully and correctly implemented the steps in the land acquisition and site clearance process. At the same time, they have propagated and mobilized households whose land was acquired to receive compensation, support, and hand over the site for project implementation.
