Early and effective exploitation of areas on both sides of Sat River and Thai Binh River

Provincial Party Secretary Pham Xuan Thang inspected the area along the Sat River in Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city).

On the morning of November 9, comrade Pham Xuan Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council inspected the work of adjusting the general construction planning of Hai Duong city.

Comrades: Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Van Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of several departments and Hai Duong City also attended.

Inspecting the area on both sides of the Sat River, through Tu Minh Ward and Lien Hong Commune, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Xuan Thang requested Hai Duong City to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to research and fully update previous planning policies for subdivisions in this area.

Carefully research and selectively absorb planning research proposals in the above area from businesses, including the proposal of Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.

The planning adjustment in the above area must closely follow the development orientation of Hai Duong city and the province; clearly define the boundaries and land origin, ensure a synchronous infrastructure system, no overlapping planning and high feasibility.

Hai Duong City needs to soon have a plan to speed up the progress of investment in key transport projects in the region to create momentum to promote socio-economic development...

Provincial Party Secretary Pham Xuan Thang requested Hai Duong City to speed up the progress and urgently complete the adjustment of the city's master plan for construction until 2040, with a vision to 2050.

Hai Duong City can implement early, at the same time, planning the subdivisions along Thai Binh River and Sat River through the area to be able to soon integrate with the general planning of city construction; maximize the potential of the area on both sides of the river and soon implement the projects.
