There is no announcement yet about the reason why the Ford Everest Titanium version has cut some equipment and color options.
The Ford Everest VIN 2024 batch has just arrived at the dealership. Based on the actual images shared, it is possible to see some minor differences compared to the old batch. The dealership sales consultant said that the new Ford Everest batch has some minor details cut.
Ford Vietnam has not confirmed information about these cut details.
Accordingly, Ford Everest VIN 2024 no longer has the Turbo or Bi-Turbo logo on the gills on the car's ears, removes the 4x4 logo, removes the rubber lining of the cup holder and reduces the strut and cover of the toolbox behind the trunk.
Titanium and Titanium+ versions have lost the "expensive" hands-free trunk opening feature. The trunk is still an electric trunk.
Those who like to buy cars according to the five elements will find it difficult to choose to buy the Ford Everest 2024. Because the Everest versions have all removed the orange-red paint color option. The Ambiente version no longer has brown. The Titanium or Titanium+ versions that previously had the brown interior color option are no longer available.
In return, the Ford Everest 2024 has a new feature of adjusting the lights by zone (Zone Lighting) like the newly launched Platinum version.
This feature allows you to control the on/off of lights on the car's SYNC 4 screen, including headlights, mirror lights...
Compared to many other countries, the 2024 Ford Everest in Vietnam has less equipment. Even the recently launched Platinum version has less equipment than the version sold in Thailand. For example, the rims are smaller, still using a 2.0L engine instead of a 3.0L V6.
However, compared to its competitors in the segment in Vietnam, the Ford Everest is still the car with the most technology. These include smart matrix LED headlights, a pair of 12-inch and 12.4-inch screens in the car, electronic parking brake, electronic gear lever, panoramic sunroof, and the ADAS feature package including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, automatic brake assist... and automatic reverse parking feature.
The Platinum version stands out with B&O sound system, seat ventilation and heating, seat position memory...
Ford Everest 2024 uses a 2.0L single turbocharged engine and a 2.0L twin turbocharged engine (Bi-Turbo). The highest-end option produces 207 horsepower, 500 Nm of torque, combined with a 10-speed transmission and 4x2 or 4x4 drive system depending on the version.
Prices for the 2024 Ford Everest versions range from 1.099 - 1.499 billion VND. The Platinum version has not yet been announced.
Since the launch of the new generation, Ford Everest has always sold better than competitors such as Toyota Fortuner or Hyundai Santa Fe, although it was not a best-selling model in the segment before. Currently, Ford Everest is still the best-selling car in the segment in early 2024. In 2023, this model also outsold its competitors with sales of 9,960 cars.
