The National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province, term XV, 2021-2026, includes 4 central delegates and 5 local delegates.

In 2022, at the 3rd and 4th Sessions of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly Deputies of Hai Duong province upheld their sense of responsibility and seriously performed their role as delegates before voters and people, reflecting on issues of concern to voters in the province in the parliament. There were 43 opinions at group discussions, 24 opinions at discussions in the hall, contributing to important contents. 17 National Assembly Deputies of the province questioned Ministers and heads of sectors at the National Assembly's question-and-answer sessions with short questions that went straight to the point. In particular, many opinions of the National Assembly Delegation of the province were acknowledged and accepted by the National Assembly and the Government.

The 2022 law-making work of the National Assembly Delegation was effective. During the year, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation conducted 5 thematic supervisions and organized 13 thematic surveys on the implementation of legal policies in the locality. Thereby, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation proposed many specific and noteworthy issues that were resolved by competent authorities.

In 2023, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation is determined to promote initial positive results, continue to innovate activities, delve into issues of public opinion and voters' concern to be worthy of the role of representing the will and aspirations of the people, and exercising state power on behalf of the people in the National Assembly.
