Recently, many drivers have continued to defy regulations and blatantly park near the no-parking sign on the North-South axis road through An Duc commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong).
On the North-South axis road from km 10+500 to km 11+100 through An Duc commune (Ninh Giang), Hai Duong Department of Transport has installed 4 no parking signs in both directions because this road section has many shops, so drivers often stop on the road to transfer goods or buy goods, causing traffic insecurity.
Although there are no-parking signs, dozens of vehicles still park right next to the no-parking signs every day, obstructing traffic and posing many potential dangers. In this area, some households have also arbitrarily built openings directly connecting to the North-South axis, violating the road traffic safety corridor.
