On September 21, a Facebook account posted many photos of people and scenery on the North-South axis of the province through Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong). The series of photos received thousands of interactions. Many people responded by going out to the streets to take similar photos.
The North-South axis road of Hai Duong province is a grade III plain road with a maximum design speed of 80 km/h and has many cars and motorbikes passing by.
Standing on the street taking pictures is very dangerous.
