Prosecuted Hai "idol" and 3 accomplices for organizing wedding car photo shoot on North-South axis road

On May 18, the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security, announced that the Investigation Police Agency of Gia Loc District Police (Hai Duong) had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 4 defendants for disturbing public order in the case of a wedding procession in luxury cars stopping on the North-South axis road to take photos.

Of these, 2 people were prosecuted and detained for the crime of "Disturbing public order" according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 318 of the Penal Code, including: Pham Duc Hai (born in 1996, commonly known as Hai "idol", residing in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong), Vuong Dinh Truong (born in 2004, residing in Tan Ky district, Nghe An province).

Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1999, residing in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong) and Pham Ngoc Phong (born in 1999, residing in Thanh Binh ward, Hai Duong city) were prosecuted for the crime of "Disturbing public order" under the provisions of Clause 1, Article 318 of the Penal Code.

According to authorities, on the afternoon of April 21, on the North-South axis road (Toan Thang commune, Gia Loc district), Pham Duc Hai incited a number of people to park their cars in the middle of the road and move them in a row across the road to take photos.

This behavior causes frustration for traffic participants and local people, negatively affecting security, order and social safety in cyberspace.

Immediately after receiving the feedback, the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police to review, inspect and verify the incident.

During the investigation at the police station, the suspects confessed that on April 21, Mr. NVN held a wedding. Mr. N. borrowed 4 cars to pick up the bride and asked 3 people to drive.

On the way to pick up the bride from Gia Loc town to the wedding house, due to prior preparation, the wedding procession stopped on the road to film and take wedding photos as souvenirs for 5 minutes.

The incident caused traffic congestion at the intersection of Highway 38B and the North-South axis. Afterwards, the convoy moved to the wedding venue.

The police then temporarily detained the driver's licenses of the four people and temporarily detained the Mercedes-Maybach S400 car without a license plate for verification and processing.
