Gia Loc District Police summoned the drivers of the wedding procession to stop and park in the middle of the road to take photos; temporarily detained the driving licenses of the above individuals; temporarily detained the Maybach S400 car without a license plate to continue to consolidate the records and strictly handle it according to the law.
According to the verification of the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police, the incident took place at around 2:50 p.m. on April 21 at km 1+500 of the North-South axis road (in Toan Thang commune, Gia Loc district). The wedding procession stopped and parked on the road to film and take wedding photos, causing traffic disorder.
The four vehicles involved include a pink BMW 430i 34A-744.xx. driven by Nguyen Van N. (born in 1999); a white car 34A-661.xx driven by Nguyen Thi D. (born in 1996); an orange Porsche 30L-369.xx driven by Le Thi Thu Th. (born in 1999) and a Maybach S400 without a license plate driven by Pham Duc H. (born in 1996). The drivers are all from Gia Loc district.
Working with the police, the drivers admitted their violations. On April 21, Mr. Nguyen Van N. held a wedding and borrowed the above cars to use on the big day. Mr. N. asked 3 other people to drive the cars, while he drove the bride.
On the way to pick up the bride from Gia Loc town to the wedding house, when reaching km 1+500, the North-South axis road, the whole group stopped and parked on the road according to the pre-prepared plan to film and take wedding photos as souvenirs, causing traffic congestion at the intersection between National Highway 38B and the North-South axis road. After that, the group moved to the wedding house.
