On the morning of August 28, the leader of An Hoa commune (An Duong, Hai Phong) said that a murder case occurred in the area, leaving one person dead and one injured.
Initial information, the incident occurred at around 7:00 p.m. on August 27 in Ha Nhuan 2 village, An Hoa commune. The victim was identified as Mr. NVH (born in 1982, residing in Le Thien commune, An Duong, Hai Phong).

According to the leader of An Hoa commune, about a month ago, Mr. Tran Van Can was working on water regulation and unfortunately let water flood into Mr. Le Van Hoc's field, causing a conflict between the two sides.
On August 27, Mr. Can's children came to worship the full moon of July. After hearing about the incident, they went to Mr. Hoc's house to talk. The two sides exchanged words, leading to a fight.
During this process, Mr. Can's son-in-law, Mr. NVH, was stabbed to death. Mr. Can's son was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Authorities have detained those involved and are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
