Illustrative questions for 18 subjects of the 2025 high school graduation exam

On October 18, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the reference exam questions for the 2025 high school graduation exam.

2025 is the first year that the high school graduation exam is organized according to the 2018 general education program. In order to best prepare the necessary conditions for organizing the exam, from the beginning of the school year, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has directed units to develop plans and prepare early and remotely for the work and tasks of preparing and organizing the exam, including developing reference questions for the high school graduation exam from 2025.

The Ministry of Education and Training has promptly established a Steering Committee to develop reference test questions and implemented steps to develop reference test questions in a scientific, rigorous and responsible spirit.

In order to ensure objectivity, comprehensiveness, and closeness to the program and the teaching and learning process, the Ministry of Education and Training invited experts, scientists, lecturers, teachers, editors who participated in developing the 2018 general education program, continuing education program, and authors who compiled textbooks according to the 2018 general education program to participate in developing the exam questions.

The reference exam ensures compliance with the regulations on the structure and format of the high school graduation exam from 2025 announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, and closely follows the 2018 general education program, mainly grade 12.

Compared to previous years, this year the reference exam questions were announced nearly 5 months earlier; thereby, helping schools, teachers and students to be proactive in the process of teaching, learning and reviewing to prepare for the exam to achieve many goals as announced by the Ministry of Education and Training.
