After receiving feedback on the above incident, the Ministry of Education and Training discussed and requested the Ministry of Public Security to support the verification of the subject posting false information. The Ministry of Public Security is organizing the verification to handle it according to the provisions of law.
Through the work of reviewing the cyberspace to ensure security and safety of the 2024 national high school graduation exam, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control, Ministry of Public Security discovered that the tiktok account "Mo Quann" posted 2 videos sharing images describing the comments in the title related to the information about the leaked 2024 high school graduation exam.
Through working measures, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention has identified the owner of the Tiktok account "Mo Quann" that posted information about the 2024 high school graduation exam as Ngo Minh Q (born June 30, 2006, in Ung Hoa, Hanoi), a student at Tran Dang Ninh High School, Ung Hoa.
On June 26, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention coordinated with Ung Hoa District Police and Quang Phu Cau Commune Police to invite Ngo Minh Q and Mr. Tran Van V (Q's father) to the Quang Phu Cau Commune Police headquarters for questioning.
Ngo Minh Q admitted that he was the sole administrator of the tiktok account "Mo Quann". On June 22, Q accidentally read information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the tiktok channel "Diem Sang Van Hoc - 2024". At the same time, Q himself was also preparing for the 2024 high school graduation exam, Q also had a feeling that the exam questions matched the posted information. Therefore, Ngo Minh Q created a video to re-share content related to the 2024 high school graduation exam on his tiktok account for everyone to refer to. In addition, Ngo Minh Q had no other purpose, not intentionally causing public confusion.
After working with the police, Ngo Minh Q pledged to voluntarily remove all violating information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the tiktok account "Mo Quann", pledging not to repeat the offense.
