Ministry of Public Security verifies the person who reported leaking 2024 graduation exam questions

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, last night, some groups and forums shared information about leaked 2024 high school graduation exam questions. Immediately upon receiving the feedback, the Ministry of Education and Training asked the Ministry of Public Security to assist in verification.

The information spread is related to the three subjects of math, literature, and foreign language. For literature, the poster said that the Reading Comprehension section will include a paragraph, and the Literature Essay section will include the essay "Country". For math and foreign language, the information is mainly related to the structure and difficulty of the questions.

To avoid causing confusion and affecting the psychology of candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that everyone not share the above information.

"Acts of posting and sharing false, fake, and distorted information will be handled," said a ministry representative.

Today, more than 1.07 million candidates completed procedures for the high school graduation exam. They will take four exams in the next two days, including math, literature, foreign language, and a combination of natural sciences or social sciences.

Exam papers and answers for subjects listed as "Top Secret" state secrets will be submitted until the end of multiple-choice test time or 2/3 of the essay test time. Candidates who deliberately copy or distribute them will be subject to criminal prosecution.

Major General Le Minh Manh, Deputy Director of the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05), Ministry of Public Security, said on June 20 that he has directed the PA05 department in localities to focus on detecting risks, destroying high-tech equipment trafficking rings used for cheating, and handling people posting false information about the exam.
