Sao Viet Animal Feed Joint Stock Company is adjacent to the residential area of ​​Thon Be, Lai Cach town (Cam Giang). During the production process, the factory often generates black smoke, dust with unpleasant odors, noise and water discharge, affecting the lives and health of surrounding residents.

Water from the factory flows into the main road of the residential area.

This factory previously owned by Kien Cuong Trading and Production Company Limited only produced mechanical products. After being leased out since 2018, it has switched to producing animal feed. The distance from the factory to the nearest house is just over 10 m, while according to Decision No. 3733/QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health dated October 10, 2002 on promulgating 21 labor hygiene standards, 5 principles and 7 labor hygiene parameters, the minimum hygiene protection distance standard is 100 m.

Request the People's Committee of Cam Giang district and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to inspect and clarify.
