A house located in an alley in District 8 was suspected to have been set on fire and burned fiercely, killing a woman and two children on the afternoon of November 21.
At around 5 p.m., smoke and fire broke out from the ground floor of a two-story house on Luu Huu Phuoc Street, Ward 15. At that time, many people living nearby saw a young man panic and run out of the house. A few minutes later, the fire spread to many motorbikes on the ground floor and then flared up fiercely.
