Yesterday you joined in telling my brother about raising dogs, now you say he can't do it at night. If you have a lot of housework, try to see if you have to do it all night?

- We have made it clear, working during the day is fine, but making noise at night in a residential area, affecting people's sleep is not allowed. Living together in the same alley is a matter of choice. Everyone should be a little conscious, not affecting each other's daily life. Even in difficult times, we help each other.
