The joint venture of Truong Thanh Company Limited and Huy Hoang Construction Investment and Development Company Limited is the investor implementing the Eastern Residential Area Project - Phase 2, along the An Thanh Bridge bypass, Kim Thanh District.
The regular October meeting (4th time) of the Provincial People's Committee chaired by Comrade Luu Van Ban, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, reviewed the approval of the investor to implement the Eastern Residential Area Construction Investment Project - Phase 2, along the An Thanh Bridge bypass, Kim Thanh district.
After listening to the appraisal report of the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial People's Committee approved the joint venture of Truong Thanh Company Limited and Huy Hoang Construction Investment and Development Company Limited as the investor to implement this project.
The investment project to build the eastern residential area - phase 2, along the An Thanh bridge bypass, Kim Thanh district has been approved by the provincial People's Committee. The project aims to meet the housing needs of people in the area and from other localities, contributing to the construction and completion of the infrastructure system, effectively exploiting land funds and improving the area; contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
The Eastern Residential Area Project - Phase 2, along the An Thanh Bridge bypass in Kim Anh Commune (Kim Thanh) has an area of 83,775.8 m2, with a total investment of nearly 150.7 billion VND. The residential area includes planned residential land (328 lots) with a total area of 33,991.15 m2 (accounting for 40.57%); traffic land 32,832.85 m2 (of which green land is 6,000.8 m2, parking land is 5,007 m2; technical infrastructure land is 1,912 m2); kindergarten land is 10,951 m2. The time to complete the technical infrastructure works of the project is within 36 months from the date of the decision approving the results of investor selection (or the decision approving the investor to implement the project).
