9 residential and urban area projects in Thanh Mien have selected investors.

According to the People's Committee of Thanh Mien district, by the end of August 2023, in the district, there were 9 investment projects to build residential areas and urban areas with a total area of ​​nearly 202 hectares that had selected investors.

These are investment projects in construction and infrastructure business: concentrated residential area of ​​Thanh Mien town, new residential areas in Doan Tung, Pham Kha, Hong Quang, Tu Cuong, Cao Thang communes; Thanh Mien new urban area, new residential area south of Neo market and new residential area southeast of Thanh Mien town.

The Thanh Mien town residential area project has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for technical infrastructure acceptance. Currently, the Department of Construction is coordinating with relevant units to inspect the project's acceptance for the new residential area investment project in Doan Tung commune...

Of the remaining 7 projects, 1 project has basically completed compensation and site clearance and has started infrastructure construction; 2 projects have completed compensation and site clearance but have not started infrastructure construction; 3 projects are currently carrying out compensation and site clearance and 1 project is completing the necessary procedures to start compensation and site clearance.
