On July 11, Hai Duong City People's Committee approved starting prices for auctioning land use rights in a number of residential areas in the area.
Specifically, in the residential area south of Viet Hoa Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City People's Committee approved 7 starting prices for 128 land lots to serve as the basis for organizing auctions of residential land use rights. The highest starting price is 32.7 million VND/m2, the lowest price is 24.5 million VND/m2.
At the residential area project east of Tan Dan Street, Viet Hoa Ward, there are 5 starting prices (349 plots of land), respectively 28.4 million VND/m2, 27 million VND/m2, 25.2 million VND/m2, 24 million VND/m2 and 23.5 million VND/m2.
In Lieu Trang residential area, Tan Hung ward, there are 4 starting prices (53 plots of land), respectively 21.5 million VND/m2, 20.5 million VND/m2, 17.2 million VND/m2 and 16.4 million VND/m2.
The above starting prices include technical infrastructure investment costs according to projects approved by competent authorities, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.
Hai Duong City is the first locality in the province to approve the starting price for land use rights auction after the Provincial People's Committee authorized this to the District People's Committee.
