On the morning of July 26, leaders of Hai Duong province offered incense and flowers at the Martyrs' Memorial of Hai Duong city to commemorate the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).
Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and leaders of Hai Duong city offered incense.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the leaders of Hai Duong province offered incense and flowers, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors, and to remember the heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people. At the same time, they expressed their infinite sorrow at the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, an exemplary and loyal communist soldier who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese people.
After a minute of silence, provincial leaders burned incense at the stele house and visited the grave of martyr Hong Quang.
