Ministry of Education and Training announces floor scores for pedagogical majors in 2023

Specifically, the threshold to ensure input quality from high school graduation exam scores for admission to majors in the university-level teacher training group and college-level Preschool Education major in 2023 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects as follows:

- Majors in the group of university-level teacher training majors are 19 points; for Physical Education, Music Pedagogy and Fine Arts Pedagogy majors, it is 18 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects, other combination of admission is implemented according to the provisions of the current Admission Regulations.

- Preschool Education at college level is 17 points for the admission combination of 3 cultural subjects, other admission combinations are implemented according to the provisions of the current Admission Regulations.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires universities, academies, colleges and junior colleges that offer teacher training programs to organize the admission of candidates using high school graduation exam results according to the regulations of the current Regulations on university admission; college admission in Preschool Education and other relevant guidance documents.
