Having a criminal record, just released from prison, but 2 subjects in Hai Duong invited each other to rob a phone.
At about 8:10 p.m. on July 25, Nguyen Van Thinh (born in 1987), who was renting a room in Binh Han ward, Hai Duong city, and Pham Phu Thong (born in 1996) in Kien Quoc commune (Ninh Giang) rode a Yamaha Jupiter motorbike without a license plate to the front door of 385 Bui Thi Xuan and saw Ms. PNDA (born in 2006) in Nguyen Trai ward holding an iPhone 12 Promax (worth about 10 million VND) sitting behind Ms. NTH's motorbike (born in 2006) in Pham Ngu Lao ward.
Seeing a "delicious bait", Thong approached the motorbike, let Thinh sit behind, snatched PNDA's phone, then accelerated and ran away.
