At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, accepted the direction of the Deputy Minister of Health, led and seriously organized the handover of Hai Duong Medical College to Hai Duong Medical Technical University in accordance with the direction of the Deputy Minister.

In order to stabilize operations soon, without interrupting the tasks and work received and handed over from Hai Duong Medical College, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung requested the Council and Board of Directors of Hai Duong Medical Technical University to seriously absorb the opinions and directions of the leaders of the Ministry of Health; the directions of the central and local ministries and branches to increasingly improve the training quality of the school.
