According to the Organizing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee (Hai Duong), by early June, through screening and grasping at communes and towns subject to administrative unit arrangement, the whole district had 17 cadres and civil servants wishing to resign from work and retire before the age.
Among them, there are 2 key officials, 1 union official, 5 civil servants and 9 part-time workers. Most of the cases wishing to resign have 1-4 years of remaining work.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, Kim Thanh district has 8 communes and towns including: Lai Vu, Cong Hoa, Thuong Vu, Co Dung, Lien Hoa, Binh Dan, Phuc Thanh, Phu Thai town and part of Quynh Khe village (Kim Xuyen) to implement the arrangement.
As of June 1, the total number of cadres and civil servants in communes and towns subject to rearrangement in the district is 109 people, including 58 cadres and 51 civil servants.
