The Chief of the Party Central Committee Office has decided to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Huy, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Secretariat and Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, as Secretary to General Secretary To Lam.
In Decision 3689-QD/VPTW dated March 27, 2025, the Chief of the Central Party Office decided to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Huy, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security, Secretary of the Central Party Secretary, Chief of the Central Party Office, and seconded officer at the Central Party Office as Secretary of Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The decision takes effect from March 27, 2025.
