Deploy electronic invoices generated from cash registers and lucky invoice program

The leaders of the Provincial Tax Department requested that the departments and affiliated units promptly deploy the contents to ensure compliance with the plan.

On the morning of September 13, the Provincial Tax Department held a conference to deploy some contents on electronic invoices (E-invoices) generated from cash registers and the lucky invoice program.

According to preliminary statistics from the Provincial Tax Department, as of September 13, the whole province had more than 500 enterprises, organizations, households and individuals using electronic invoices generated from cash registers. To implement this content according to the instructions in Article 8 of Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC dated September 17, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance, in the coming time, the Provincial Tax Department will continue to review the list of enterprises, organizations, households and individuals subject to implementation. From there, select a solution provider to deploy synchronously throughout the province.

Regarding the lucky invoice program, the participants this time are all electronic invoices with tax authority codes, the buyers are individuals, business households, arising in the second quarter of 2022. According to the implementation roadmap, from September 5-20, the Provincial Tax Department will review invoice data under its management that are eligible to participate. No later than October 15, 2022, the Provincial Tax Department will organize the selection of lucky invoices for the second quarter of 2022 and announce the winners. No later than November 15, 2022, the Provincial Tax Department will organize the award ceremony. For the following lucky invoice selection periods, no later than the 15th of the first month of the following quarter, the Provincial Tax Department will select lucky invoices from the previous quarter and announce the winners; organize the award ceremony no later than 30 days from the date of announcement of the winners.

The expected prize structure includes 1 first prize (worth 20 million VND), 3 second prizes (each worth 5 million VND), 5 third prizes (each worth 2 million VND), 35 consolation prizes (each worth 1 million VND).

The Lucky Invoice Program aims to encourage people to get into the habit of getting invoices when purchasing goods and services, and to know and use electronic invoices with tax authority codes.
