From 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on March 12, the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department held an online conference to guide, support, and accompany taxpayers in making tax finalization for 2023 on the department's website.
In the program, taxpayers access the website at:http://haiduong.gdt.gov.vnAsk questions to receive immediate support from the tax authority. For problems beyond its authority, the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department will summarize and report to the competent authority for timely resolution. Time to receive questions on the website is from 8:00 a.m. on March 4 to 3:00 p.m. on March 12, 2024; time to respond and provide online support is from 8:00 a.m. on March 12, 2024 to 4:00 p.m. on March 12, 2024.
The dialogue conference attracted 3,017 taxpayers to interact and receive 119 questions. By 4 p.m., the program had answered 100% of taxpayers' questions and concerns online. The questions focused on issues related to invoices, documents, value-added tax declarations, corporate income, personal income, etc.
Some questions about: procedures and documents for settling corporate income tax for employees with serious illnesses; how to register tax codes for dependents; for employees who are not yet required to pay taxes; how to handle personal tax codes that overlap with other individuals... are all answered.
