Implementing the emulation contents and targets, in the first 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Hai Duong province organized political and ideological activities at 2 levels (Party cell and Party Committee) on the content of the work "Resolutely and persistently fight against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; well organized the 2023 Political Teaching Cadre Competition with 69 contestants participating. Implementing the emulation movement "Army joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", the Military Command of Hai Duong City donated 3 bicycles to children of officers and employees in difficult circumstances; built a house of gratitude for policy beneficiaries in Ngoc Son commune worth 80 million VND; organized meetings and presented 412 gifts to retired and retired military officers in the area with a total value of over 135 million VND...

At the survey, representatives of the Military Commands of provinces and cities in the bloc highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Military Command and the Hai Duong City Military Command in the emulation movement "Determination to Win" in the first 6 months of 2023; at the same time, they exchanged and shared experiences for units to learn, draw lessons, and continue to effectively carry out tasks in the coming time.

The emulation bloc of the armed forces of 9 provinces and cities (Military Region 3) includes: Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh. In 2023, the Thai Binh Provincial Military Command is the unit leading the emulation bloc.
