By May 18, communes and wards of Chi Linh City (Hai Duong) had collected more than 87,000 information forms about workers, reaching a rate of more than 99%.
According to a quick summary by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as of May 18, Chi Linh City is the locality that collects, updates and edits information about workers the fastest in the province.
To date, the city’s communes and wards have collected more than 87,000 information forms on workers, reaching a rate of more than 99%. After collecting the information, the localities have transferred nearly 86,000 forms to the police force to enter national data, reaching more than 98% of the total number of forms transferred. Most of the forms have been completed and filled in with full information according to regulations.
Chi Linh City quickly implemented the collection and update of information on workers because right after the province implemented it, the locality soon established a Steering Committee for implementation; providing specific and clear instructions to local collection staff. The city's Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs assigned staff to supervise and coordinate to quickly resolve problems and difficulties in the collection process, especially Form 03 which has a lot of information.
Chi Linh City strives to complete collecting and updating information about workers in May.
