Hai Duong deploys trial software for Land Database Information Management System

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong has just deployed a trial use of the Land Database Information Management System (VBDLIS) software in connection and communication with the Hai Duong Province Administrative Procedures Information System and the Land Registration - Real Estate Management software of the tax authority.

Accordingly, from March 18 to 29, this pilot implementation will be carried out at the Provincial Land Registration Office and the Branch of the Chi Linh City Land Registration Office to evaluate its effectiveness, stability... and synthesize a report to the Provincial People's Committee. It is expected that this software will be deployed simultaneously at the Branches of the Land Registration Offices of the remaining districts, towns and cities from April 1, 2024.

Previously, on March 16, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to install a connection configuration between the VBDLIS software and the administrative procedure settlement system of Hai Duong province and the Land Registration - Real Estate Management software of the tax authority.

The deployment of this software aims to receive and resolve administrative procedures on land; update the population database according to Project 06 of the Prime Minister.
