The Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee (Hai Duong) has selected Thanh Lang Commune Party Committee and the District Police Party Committee to organize a model congress at the grassroots level.
The Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee has unanimously chosen Thanh Lang Commune Party Committee to organize a model congress at the grassroots level (commune and town blocks) for the 2025-2030 term in early March 2025.
The administrative agencies, public service units, enterprises, and Thanh Ha District Party Committee selected the District Police Party Committee to organize a grassroots model congress at the end of March 2025.
The Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee assigned the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Party building committees and the District Party Committee Office to guide, inspect and urge Party committees to properly implement the procedures and prepare conditions for the congress.
The Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee requested the two Party Committees to carefully prepare the congress documents. The process of drafting the congress documents must promote democracy and collective intelligence, spend reasonable time to collect comments from Party committees and subordinate Party organizations, and pay attention to doing a good job in personnel work.
According to comrade Pham Van Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Ha District, Thanh Lang Party Committee and the District Police Party Committee are two typical and excellent units of Thanh Ha District Party Committee. Thanh Lang Party Committee has successfully completed its tasks for many consecutive years. In 2020, the unit was awarded an excellent emulation flag by the Provincial Party Committee, and in 2021, it was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial Party Committee.
From 2019-2022, the Thanh Ha District Police Party Committee successfully completed its tasks. In 2022, the Provincial Party Committee awarded it an excellent emulation flag. In 2023, the District Police Party Committee successfully completed its tasks.
