Cao An Commune Party Committee (Cam Giang) was chosen to organize the grassroots model congress of Hai Duong.

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has decided to choose Cao An Commune Party Committee under Cam Giang District Party Committee to direct the organization of the grassroots Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Cam Giang District Party Standing Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Party Organization Committee and relevant agencies to direct the Cao An Commune Party Committee to prepare and organize the Cao An Commune Party Congress on time and according to the requirements set out in the Provincial Party Committee's plan.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presides over and coordinates with the Standing Committee of the Cam Giang District Party Committee and relevant agencies to help the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee prepare content and organize a conference to evaluate and draw experience in directing the model congress right after the end of the congress.

Theo Kế hoạch tổ chức Đại hội Đảng cấp cơ sở và cấp trên cơ sở, tiến tới Đại hội đại biểu Đảng bộ tỉnh lần thứ XVIII, nhiệm kỳ 2025 – 2030 của Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, thời gian tiến hành Đại hội đảng viên hoặc Đại hội đại biểu Đảng bộ cấp cơ sở không quá 2 ngày, bắt đầu từ tháng 4/2025, hoàn thành trước ngày 30/6/2025.

Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy chọn 1 Đảng bộ cơ sở cấp xã để tổ chức Đại hội điểm trong tháng 2/2025. Mỗi Đảng bộ cấp huyện, Đảng bộ trực thuộc Tỉnh ủy chọn 1 - 2 tổ chức cơ sở đảng tổ chức Đại hội điểm vào đầu tháng 3/2025 để rút kinh nghiệm chỉ đạo chung.
