During the last term, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch had changes in organizational model and personnel. Before being transferred to the Agribank Party Committee, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch (under the Hai Duong City Party Committee) had 129 party members operating in 7 party cells.

Implementing the Project to establish a Party Committee for the entire Agribank system, from 2023, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong Branch and the Party Committees and Party cells at Agribank Type II branches will be transferred to the Agribank Party Committee. After receiving the Party organization and Party members, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong Branch has 368 Party members, operating in 14 affiliated Party cells.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee has always paid attention to the work of developing Party members. The Party Committee has officially transferred the Party to 99 probationary Party members and admitted 105 Party members, achieving 100% of the target set by the Congress Resolution.

The Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch has issued a resolution and developed an action program to lead the bank to successfully complete the targets set for the 2020 - 2025 term. The highlight is the leadership in implementing the thematic resolution and action program on "Strengthening leadership associated with political and ideological work and culture building" and "Strengthening leadership in developing and implementing corporate culture associated with building brand image".

Implementing corporate culture throughout the system, each cadre, party member and employee of Agribank Hai Duong branch has been playing the role of a brand "ambassador", contributing to conveying the message of always being ready to stand side by side with farmers, customers and the business community.

During the past term, Agribank Hai Duong branch has allocated nearly 43 billion VND to carry out social charity work with programs such as "Spring of Volunteers - Tet of Love" in the province, organizing the charity program "Each Shirt - A Heart" to give to disadvantaged people in some northern mountainous provinces... In particular, the branch has supported the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in localities in the province with a total amount of nearly 6 billion VND.

Creating momentum to step into the new era

During the 2020 - 2025 term, the mobilized capital of Agribank Hai Duong branch increased by an average of 11.1% per year, exceeding 3.1%; outstanding loans increased by an average of 10.9% per year, exceeding 2.9%; revenue from products and services increased by an average of 9.9% per year, exceeding 1.9% compared to the target set by the Party Congress Resolution. Credit quality is guaranteed, the bad debt ratio is lower than 0.68%. To date, the total scale of capital and outstanding loans has exceeded 63,000 billion VND, an increase of nearly 25,700 billion VND compared to the beginning of the term.

Credit growth is in the right direction, focusing on agriculture, rural areas, production, business and priority areas of the Government and the State Bank. Currently, lending to agriculture and rural areas accounts for 71% of the branch's total outstanding loans. The branch's outstanding loan market share accounts for 15.72% of the outstanding loan market share of credit institutions in the area.

In the context of strong technological development, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch has identified digital transformation and green transformation as one of many important political tasks. Through investment and upgrading of infrastructure, especially digital infrastructure, up to now, the branch has had 30 transaction points with 9 CDM (Cash Deposit Machine - automatic money deposit machine), 33 ATMs, 30 card payment acceptance points and more than 2,000 QR code payment points covering transaction points throughout the province.

The branch has digitized information technology in all areas, from customer support to administration and operations. Actively deploying the Agribank Digital digital banking platform and electronic banking applications on smart mobile devices, bringing customers a modern and convenient experience with many new features.
